This page tells you about the terms on which you may use our digital platform known as 'Love The Woo', available at www.lovethewoo.com ("platform"), and the terms on which you may purchase coaching services ("services"). By using the platform or purchasing the services, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the platform, or buy any of the services.

We may update these terms regularly, so please check back regularly as any updates will apply to your use of the platform and the services.

The platform

The platform is a transformational wellness space where customers can book spiritual sessions with an expert. These sessions can be one-on-one or group sessions, and you can even take part in challenges (each a “session”).

All 1-1 sessions are paid (full amount) for by you in advance at the time of booking. If you wish to cancel the session, the cancellation time varies from expert to expert, from 24 to 96 hours. The cancellation time is given at the time of booking. Suppose you or the expert cancels the session on more than 24 hours' notice. In that case, we will refund you for the session in total; however, if you cancel within 24 hours of the session, you forfeit your fee, unless in the case of an emergency, in which case we may be able to provide a refund. Please email us at info[at]lovethewoo.com to raise the ticket for refund. If the expert cancels within 24 hours of your session, you will be entitled to rebook your session to take place within 14 days of your initial session.

When you book a place at a group event, you are not entitled to a refund if you wish to cancel your class, session, or any offered service on our platform. We accommodate those who have booked onto a group event from the moment they book on. Please ensure you can attend the event before finalising your booking; we will share group session recordings after the event where possible.

When you sign up for a programme with an expert that involves multiple sessions, you are not entitled to a refund if you wish to cancel the programme once it has started. This is due to the expert's work at the start when you choose to sign up, to enrol them on your schedule.

Please note that sessions may take place on our platform, or via social networking sites, such as Facebook or via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.

The expert / The experts

When you purchase services from an expert, you form a legally binding contract with the expert. We're not responsible for the content or quality of the services, and should you have any issues with the expert, you must raise that directly with the expert. We're not able to represent you in any claims against the expert.

Any information shared between you and the expert during the services will be strictly confidential.

Disclaimers

As part of the coaching process and to enhance the relationship with your expert, it is essential that you communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the sessions.

As the journey will vary from individual to individual, we can't guarantee any outcomes or results from the services. Only you are responsible for any decisions, actions, or omissions you may choose to take or not take due to your participation in the services.

Throughout the services, you may touch on topics surrounding health and mental health and discussing these topics with you doesn't constitute medical advice. The expert isn't a qualified medical practitioner or mental health professional. So, if you have any concerns about your health or mental health, you should bring this to the attention of a medical practitioner or mental health professional, your GP, or the NHS.

Behaviour

It's so crucial that group sessions are a safe place, and so your behaviour towards others should be polite, kind, supportive and respectful. We're not responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other attendees or the views or opinions of others. Please always respect the rights of others to privacy and confidentiality, and we're not liable for any disclosures made by any attendees based on information shared within the group session.

Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate, the expert reserves the right to remove you from the group session with immediate effect, and you won't be entitled to a refund.

Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the platform, material posted onto it, and all materials made available to you have paid for the services, including but not limited to documents, presentations, course materials, workbooks, and videos (the "content"). The content is protected by copyright. You are allowed to stream or download one copy of the content onto your device for personal purposes only.

You agree that you will:

·       not rent, lease, sub-license, loan or otherwise make the content available to any person without our prior consent.

·       not copy the content, except as part of the normal use of the content.

·       not translate, merge, adapt, vary, alter, or modify the content, nor allow the content to be incorporated into other programmes.

·       not disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the content;

·       comply with all applicable laws when using the content; and

·       not share login details with third parties.

If you breach these terms, you may lose your right to use the content and must destroy or return any copies you have made.

Use of the platform

You have permission for temporary use of the platform, but we can withdraw or change our service at any time without telling you and without being legally responsible to you.

You must treat all identification codes, passwords, and other security information as confidential. If we think you have failed to keep confidentiality, we can disable any security information (including your passwords and codes).

If you allow anyone else to use the platform, you must make sure that they read these terms first and follow them. If you download the platform onto someone else's device, it is your responsibility to ensure you have that person's permission.

Only use the platform as allowed by law and these terms. We may suspend your usage or stop it completely if you don't.

We frequently update the platform and make changes to it, but we don't have to do this, and material on the forum may be out-of-date. No material on the platform is intended to contain advice, and you shouldn't rely on it. We exclude all legal responsibility and costs for reliance placed on the platform by anyone.

Acceptable use of the platform

When using the forum, you must not:

·       unlawfully use the platform or act fraudulently or maliciously (including inserting malicious code into the platform);

·       infringe our intellectual property rights or that of a third party (including any experts);

·       transmit anything defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objective;

·       use the platform in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems; or

·       collect or harvest information from the platform to decipher any transmissions to or from our servers.

Our legal responsibility to you

We don't guarantee the accuracy of material on the platform. As far as legally possible, we exclude legal responsibility for the following:

·       Any loss to you arising from use of the platform

·       Any indirect, special, or consequential loss.

We don't make any warranties or guarantees about the services you may experience using the platform. As far as legally possible, we also exclude all terms and warranties or promises implied by law or by statutes.

We don't exclude legal responsibility for death or personal injury owing to our negligence, legal responsibility for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else where exclusion is not allowed by the law.

Under these terms, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid for the services.

Uploading to the platform

If you upload material to the platform and don't deem your usage acceptable, we can remove the content and end your use of the platform.

Material that you upload will be regarded as non-confidential and not owned. This means that we can copy it, distribute it, and show it to other people for any purpose. You agree that if anyone else claims to own the material or says that it breaches their rights, we can give them your identity.

We won't be legally responsible to anybody for the accuracy of material that you upload to the platform, and we can remove it at any time.

Computer offences

If you do anything that is a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, your right to use the platform will end immediately. We will report you to the relevant authorities and give them your identity.

Examples of computer misuse include introducing viruses, worms, Trojans and other technologically harmful or damaging material.

You must not try to access the platform or server or any connected database or make any 'attack' on the platform. We won't be legally responsible for any damage from viruses or other harmful material that you pick up via the platform.

Links from the platform

Links from the platform to other websites are for information only. We don't control them, and we don't accept responsibility for other websites, materials found upon them or any loss you suffer from using them.

Variation

We change these terms from time to time, and you must check them for changes because they are binding on you.

Applicable law

If a dispute arises out of these terms, the English courts will deal with it. English law applies to these terms and conditions.
